Yoga Classes at Bowdoin College (Peter Buck Center for Health and Fitness Room 301)

Session two:  Winter Classes begin the week of January 28th 2013
Yoga Breaks:  Tuesdays and Thursdays 12:35 – 1:30 p.m.

Join us for breath-work, stretches and yoga poses that will reboot you for the afternoon, leave feeling revitalized and centered.

Yoga Sanctuary*:   Fridays 8:30 -10am
Combine yoga with deep reflection as we clear out the stresses of the week. This Friday class includes a 25-minute relaxation practice known as Yoga Nidra.

Leslie Joy Simmons, Certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor, has been teaching for 20 years in Brunswick. Friends of the college please contact lesliejoys@gmail.com for further registration information.
