Yoga Classes at Bowdoin College (Peter Buck Center for Health and Fitness Room 301)

Session two:  Winter Classes begin the week of January 28th 2013
Yoga Breaks:  Tuesdays and Thursdays 12:35 – 1:30 p.m.

Join us for breath-work, stretches and yoga poses that will reboot you for the afternoon, leave feeling revitalized and centered.

Yoga Sanctuary*:   Fridays 8:30 -10am
Combine yoga with deep reflection as we clear out the stresses of the week. This Friday class includes a 25-minute relaxation practice known as Yoga Nidra.

Leslie Joy Simmons, Certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor, has been teaching for 20 years in Brunswick. Friends of the college please contact for further registration information.
