Yoga Classes at Bowdoin College (Peter Buck Center for Health and Fitness Room 301)

Classes begin each September and run on the college calendar
Yoga Breaks:  Wednesdays Noon- 1p.m.

Join us for energizing breath-work, stretches and yoga poses that will reboot you for the afternoon,leave feeling revitalized, centered and open minded as you move back into your work day. Open to all levels of yoga students who are interested in nourishing both body and soul. Leslie Joy Simmons is in her 27th year of teaching yoga and combines her background in Kripalu Yoga, Flow Yoga, and Energy Medicine to invites students to not only stretch their bodies but also deeply relax their nervous systems.
